A Communications Crossroads. Vishuddhi.
As I approached the bridge at Hospital del Orbigo, I felt and knew, I
was about to enter the realm of communication. This was to be the territory
of messages, sounds and of speaking and listening to the truths
that come from our hearts. But before crossing I chose to have breakfast,
finding a café down a road to the left just before the bridge and
satisfied my hunger with a big piece of cheese on toast washed down
